Plant your feet on the ground and place your hands on your heart space, left hand first, right hand second. Closing your eyes I want you to breathe in deeply for a count of 8. As you breathe in, I want you to offer gratitude and thanks to yourself for showing up, doing your best and never giving up. As you exhale on a count of 8 I want you to state in your mind ‘I surrender all that no longer serves, allowing myself the space to step into my divine alignment and empowerment of self.’ 

Do this 3 times as you recognize how you are feeling. Now, do you feel ready to take this journey of self discovery?! Diving deeper layer by layer into the center of self. Learning how to self care, and how to best transition through all the layers of your own self work with love and compassion for WHO YOU ARE!
