Welcome beautiful soul, Stefanie Carlson is a divinely activated Healer, Mentor & Meditation Guide. Being native to Calgary offered a variety of opportunities and a great deal of insights that inspired a dream to travel bubbling beneath the surface. A healer by nature, her unique gifts for connecting with people and shining light on the truth of who you are, opens the door to greater awareness of self. Despite life's challenges, she always felt a deep calling to help people find their own inner peace and healing. Her childhood and teenage years created a variety of limiting beliefs around feeling confident to fully shine her own authenticity and gifts. She learned to become a chameleon through dimming her light, while eating her emotions and drowning her sorrows in alcohol and toxic relationships to try and mask the pain…. Continuing to swim through depression, debt and weight gain, she walked through life feeling like an emotionless blur, bouncing from job to job, and person to person, looking to fill the darkness everywhere else, but within. At 27, she walked away from a car accident, during bankruptcy which resulted in starting to figure out life and all the unhealed traumas and beliefs that were still hidden. At 31, she took her first leap and started her own in-home hair salon where she continued to connect and build relationships behind a chair. A pivot along the way opened the door to even more lessons, and a desire to pursue her passions for healing and mentoring. After Entering the process of shadow work, ego deaths and learning to face the person she saw in the mirror, she began her own journey of unraveling and realized that you are the common denominator in your life.

This process of walking through her own trials and tribulations, learning to start over again and again continues to show her the deeper meaning of life everyday. Waking up, wrapping herself in sacred practices of worthiness, meditation and self care inspires the intentions that every relationship attracts sparks that inner fire to embrace all this glorious life has to offer. She makes it her daily mission to guide, support and empower the light that activates the art of standing face to face with divine authenticity, stepping through the fears of limiting beliefs that have played on your soul.
